Kelsie Rasure
Kelsie was honored to be the 2024 President for the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS® and awarded the 2023 Ambassador Award for her service and dedication to the real estate community. She currently serves as the 2026 Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee for PBBOR.
While Kelsie loves to serve her real estate industry, her greatest joy is found in her service to her community. Kelsie feels that her hometown of Midland has given so much to her, that she wants to take every opportunity to give back to Midland.
She currently serves as the President of The Midland Rainbow Room, an emergency resource room used to help the needs of abused and/or neglected children and families in crisis. She is also a proud Leadership Midland graduate, and an active member of committees of United Way, Young Professionals of Midland, Centers for Children and Families, as well as the Midland College Alumni Committee.
One of Kelsie's greatest joys is to be the Broker Associate/Owner of RISE and she cherishes the opportunity to provide a different kind of real estate experience - one that is authentic and customer focused.

Emily McBryde
Emily McBryde was born & raised in Midland where she graduated from Midland Lee in 2012. She continued her education at Texas Tech and is a proud Red Raider...guns up! Emily made her way back to Midland after college and began working in the real estate business, first in administration and then as a licensed assistant. She is excited to continue her career and genuinely cares for her clients and seeking the best solution for their real estate needs. When she's not negotiating real estate deals, you can find her watching a game, or spending time with friends and family...usually around a table playing cards!

Brianna Walsh
Brianna spent most of her childhood moving around with her military family before landing in Midland in 2006. After graduating from Midland High in 2012, she attended Texas Tech, where she majored in Interior Design. She then moved to the Dallas area and received hands on experience in construction and design, before making her way back to Midland in 2019.
While she loves the design aspect of homes and spaces, she is excited to broaden her horizons as a Realtor with RISE. If she’s not showing houses or designing a space, Brianna is playing with her mini Goldendoodle, Maya!
Brianna looks forward to giving her clients a unique experience and providing a different perspective on the home buying/selling process!

Megan Fleming
Megan Fleming is born and raised in Midland, and enjoys helping her clients in any facet of the real estate business. Megan loves helping others reach their goals and originally got into the business as a way to do just that! Megan married her husband Will in 2011 and they have two daughters - McKenzie and Ellie. While her career and family keep Megan busy, she loves giving back to our local community and being involved in her daughters' school activities. Megan is excited to be a part of RISE and continue to help her clients and grow her hometown community!

Kelsie is a proud Midland resident and experienced Realtor® who has been serving the Permian Basin for the past five years. Kirsten Jones
Kirsten Jones has a heart for helping others, and what better way than to assist them during one of the biggest purchases of their lives? For the last 8 years, Kirsten has worked in the oil & gas industry and has enjoyed bringing solutions to challenging situations and meeting people within the industry. While Kirsten is not a Permian Basin native, she has soaked in all that the area has to offer and takes pride in introducing people to all the local hot spots! Kirsten enjoys spending time with her church family at Renew Life Church and loves to cuddle up with a good book or cook the latest Pinterest recipe, but her true joy comes from spending time with her daughter, Laramee. Kirsten is so excited to pursue her dream of selling real estate and looks forward to helping you!

Greg Williams
Greg is a lifelong West Texan who attended and graduated from Texas Tech University. After graduating, Greg returned home to his native Midland, where he started working at Midland Christian School in the Spanish and Bible departments. Currently he teaches 11th grade apologetics, a class rooted in helping students learn how to defend the Christian faith.
Greg loves people and is passionate about serving those in Midland and the surrounding areas. He currently serves on the Opportunity Tribe auction committee and has served on Midland Students First, Luke 22:32 Ministries and Be The Change Permian Basin boards. Greg loves to travel and experience other cultures and has spent extensive time abroad. Because of this, he is bilingual and would enjoy speaking Spanish with any clients who would like to do so!

Bonnie West
Bonnie West is a Midland native who has been involved in all aspects of real estate for the past 20 years. She has worked assisting agents, marketing homes & ultimately getting her real estate license in 2010 after graduating from Texas A&M.
Her passion is working with clients to really get to know them and find the perfect home for their needs. Being there every step of the process to inform and guide buyers/sellers for the easiest transition possible is of ultimate importance to her. She does not take for granted the privilege of a client trusting her to help them buy or sell a home.
She married her high school sweetheart, Tyler, and has four children (2 boys & twin girls) and family is the true joy of her life. She is also active in volunteering in her church, her kid’s school & various ministries around Midland.
